Anthony Anderson’s Sexual Assault Case Is Going to LA District Attorney
It looks like Black-ish star, Anthony Anderson’s alleged sexual case has catching some momentum. New reports are confirming the Los Angeles police department (LAPD) has brought forward the actor’s case to the Los Angeles County District Office (D.A.) on Thursday. On July 20, an unnamed woman filed a police report with the LAPD, claiming Anderson had sexually assaulted her during a business meeting she was catering. More details regarding the case have not been released and the LAPD has remained tight lipped, citing that Anderson was,
listed as a suspect in a criminal report, and it is an ongoing investigation.
Upon the release of the shocking news, representative from Anderson’s team initially released a statement when these speculations first arose in July. While denying any of Anderson’s involvement,
It’s unfortunate that anyone can file a police report whether it is true or false. The authorities have not contacted Anthony or any of his representatives about this matter. Anthony unequivocally disputes the claim.
In 2004 it was suspected Anderson forcibly had sex with a girl in a trailer on the set of his film, “Hustle and Flow.” That case was thrown out, with Judge Anthony Johnson sharing,
“This is absolutely the most suspicious case I’ve ever heard.”
