The Rock Tops Highest-Paid Actors List W/ $84.9 Million, Will Smith Lands #10 Spot
Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is currently the highest-paid actor in the entire world for 2019. He brought in $89.4 million between June 1, 2018 and June 1, 2019.
His biggest ticket item to date is the upcoming Jumanji sequel, Jumanji: The Next Level.
He received an upfront salary of $23.5 million at most. He also gets up to 15% of the gross amount earned for major franchises like Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, which was released in 2017 and made $962.1 million worldwide.
On top of that, he gets $700,000 per episode for Ballers on HBO.

And his partnership with Under Armour has earned him in the millions as well.
Will Smith rounded out the list with the #10 spot after he made $35 million over the last year.

This is in huge thanks to his role as the Genie in the Aladdin live-action remake that was released in May. He made $17 million from the highly-anticipated Bad Boys For Life film alone. It’s set for a 2020 release. He’s also reprising his role in Netflix’s Bright 2.
