Fat Joe, Cardi B & Anuel AA Team Up For “Yes” [New Music]
Two of Bronx, New York rappers teamed up for a club banging surprise new track at midnight on Thursday (Sept 5th) night. Fat Joe, Cardi B and breakout trap star, Anuel AA take on a sample of Willie Colón and Hector Lavoe’s haunting salsa classic, “Aguanilé.” The headbanger gives a definite Latin vibe with a side of twerk music to everyone on the dance floor. The trio took over the formula behind “I Like It,” which took over the charts going No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100.
The single drops just days prior to the Grammy award winner’s big screen debut in ‘Hustler’s.’ Cardi who plays a stripper in the movie, jumps in on the track lead by Joe, dubbing herself “La Cardi,” while Anuel adds his unique bad boy style in Spanish. On the day of its release, Cardi shared a preview while giving it a ringing endorsement. She tweeted,
“I’m excited for this record because I really love this song …The beat is Fireee.”

Joe is now readying his new album Family Ties, his first since 2017’s Plata O Plomo with Remy Ma.
