Cassie And Alex Had 14 Guests At Their Wedding, Decided To Get Married Before Baby Girl Arrives

Cassie is still in bridal bliss after tying the knot with her husband Alex Fine recently. The two were adamant about keeping the surprise wedding between close friends, and only had 14 guests!

She said in a recent interview:

“We wanted a simple venue with a beautiful view that felt warm and romantic. We wanted the aesthetic to reflect how comfortable and content we feel with each other.”

The wedding came just after the couple announced they’re having a baby girl.

Cassie, who is due in December, said they already had the wedding date set before Fine popped the question.

“We decided to plan a wedding for this past summer after debating between getting married before or after the baby came.”

Still, there was an element of surprise.

“I knew that Alex was designing a ring, but I honestly wasn’t expecting a super elaborate proposal because we already had the wedding date set, but he planned such a beautiful experience for me. I was so surprised!”

On the day he proposed, she said she was going to meet him where the Compton Cowboys were.

“He told me to come ready because we were driving straight to dinner to celebrate my birthday early that night as my family was coming into town. I was running a little late, so he called me to check in.”

She added that once she arrived, she started to get nervous after the leader of the team, Randy Savvy, came out with flowers. She walked around to the back of the building and said Stevie Wonder was playing.

“The first thing I saw was the guys on their horses waving at me. I looked up and saw our initials tied up above them, then Alex came around on his horse. When he got down on one knee, everything just stopped. I felt like I lost my sense of hearing; I just saw his mouth moving, and he said ‘I want to spend the rest of my life with you.’”

They then enjoyed dinner and bonfire right on the beach. Cassie said,

 “I will never forget how special Alex made me feel that night.”

As for their big day, Cassie said,

“I felt really relaxed during the ceremony. As soon as I saw Alex, any nerves that I did have went away, and I just couldn’t stop smiling.”

Melissa Andre served as the event planner and  Marni Senofonte and Deonte Nash, along with Christina from Rancho Tailors helped her create her wedding day look. She also rocked Jimmy Choo shoes and stud earrings.

Fine kept it simple in a Musika tux styled by Paris Libby.

The male guests wore black tuxes and the women wore cream.
