Rihanna & Billionaire Boyfriend Hassan Jameel Split After 3 Years

Rihanna’s upcoming album might be full of breakup songs.

The singer and Saudi businessman Hassan Jameel, have parted ways after three years together, according to Us Weekly. 

Not much is known about their split, as Rihanna was pretty quiet about their relationship when they were together.

Rumors of their romance sparked in June 2017, but an insider said they had already

“been hooking up for a few months.”

Roughly two years later, in June 2019, Rihanna had a rare moment where she spoke out about her relationship and told Interview magazine that she was certainly in love. Still, she she said she wasn’t sure if wedding bells would be ringing for them.

“Only God knows that, girl. We plan and God laughs, right?”

She added,

“I got into a new relationship, and it matters to me. It was like, ‘I need to make time for this.’ Just like I nurture my businesses, I need to nurture this as well. I’ll shut things down for two days, three days at a time. On my calendar we now have the infamous ‘P,’ which means personal days. This is a new thing.”

The two also made it through rumors that Rihanna was pregnant. She played coy about speculation in October during an interview with Vogue’s Anna Wintour. 

When asked if she wanted to have a child soon, she said:

“I don’t think about stuff like that. But, I don’t know … God’s plan. I look forward to all of the pregnancy rumors after this interview.”

Meanwhile, her career is flourishing in new levels. She unveiled her Savage X Fenty lingerie collection with a unique Amazon special last year (after taking over New York Fashion Week).

And fans are still waiting on her highly anticipated album. Her most recent one, ANTI, was released in 2016.
