Kanye Tweets Kamala Harris “It’s An Honor To Run Against You”, As He Refers To Himself As The Future President
Rap and fashion mogul Kanye West took to his Twitter to congratulate Senator Kamala Harris on her vice presidential nomination from Joe Biden. In the post, Kanye also mentions that Kamala and his mother, Donda West, might have been friends. Kanye West wrote on his twitter,
“I know my mom and Kamala Harris would have been friends … congratulations on being the democratic Vice President nominee all love and respect from the future president It’s an honor to run against you”
On August 11, Joe Biden chose Kamala Harris to be his Vice President in the 2020 election, making her the first black woman and Asian American woman to be picked for the vice presidential nomination.
Kanye West announced on Twitter on July 4, that he will be running for president this year.
As of right now, Kanye is trying to get on the ballot for Minnesota and Virginia, according to reports. He is officially on the ballot for four states—–Arkansas, Colorado, Oklahoma, and Vermont, with another half a dozen ballots pending in other states. He held his campaign rally on July 19, where he notoriously broke down in tears discussing that he and his wife Kim Kardashian West, were allegedly planning on aborting their first child, North West. He also claimed that Harriet Tubman never freed slaves, but “she had the slaves work for other white people”.
