Yung Miami Responds To Criticism That She Can’t Rap: This Is How I Feed My Family!
City Girls rapper Yung Miami took time Friday (September 18) to respond to claims that she can’t rap and when she does, she’s not on beat. On Twitter, Yung Miami posted a series of tweets defending her style and wrote:
“Y’all say I can’t rap God said “I can” that’s why I’m doing it he put me here. Why would I quit and this is how I feed my family? I got two kids that’s depending on me!”

She went on to say that people don’t have to listen to her if they’re not a fan.
“Y’all don’t like my verses fine DON’T listen to them idgaf cause when we have concerts it be a bunch of mf in there screaming my s**t!”

The 26-year-old performer caught major heat recently regarding her rap skills, specifically for her verse on the remix to Chloe x Halle‘s latest single “Do It.” Just hours after the song was released, many social media users criticized Yung Miami’s verse.
Yung Miami responded and laughed at the claims that she was unable to find the beat:
