Tim Norman – 4th Person Charged In Murder-For-Hire Plot To Kill Norman’s Nephew Andre Montgomery
A fourth person is now facing charges in the plan to kill Andre Montgomery, Jr., the grandson of Sweetie Pie’s owner Robbie Montgomery.
It was previously reported that Robbie Montgomery’s son and Andre Montgomery, Jr.’s uncle, James Timothy Norman (Tim Norman), and a woman named Terica Ellis were charged in the murder that was an alleged effort to collect $450,000 in insurance money.

Then we reported that a 3rd person was named in the case — Waiel “Wally” Yaghnam, who also served as producer for rapper Nelly’s sophomore album Nelllyville, was facing one charge of conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud. Prosecutors allege that he was Tim Norman’s insurance agent and teamed up with him to get a fraudulent life insurance policy for the victim. Tim Norman was the only beneficiary on a life insurance policy taken out on Andre Montgomery, Jr. in 2014. He and Yaghnam allegedly lied about the victim’s income, net worth, employment, medical history, and family background on the life insurance application.

Now a fourth person has been named in the murder scheme. Travell Anthony Hill was recently indicted for conspiracy to commit murder for hire.
Travell Anthony Hill allegedly expected to receive $5,000 from Tim Norman just a couple of days after Andre Montgomery’s death. There is also an alleged recording of Hill talking about receiving the payment and Andre Montgomery’s murder.
Tim Norman, who starred in OWN’s Welcome to Sweetie Pies, Terica Ellis, and others conspired to commit the murder-for-hire in exchange for money.
Federal authorities claim that in 2014, Tim Norman secured a $450,000 life insurance policy on his 18-year-old nephew, Andre Montgomery.
Reportedly, prior to the days leading up to Andre Montgomery’s tragic murder, Terica Ellis told him that she was coming to St. Louis. On March 13, 2016, the day before Andre Montgomery’s murder, Norman allegedly flew to St. Louis, Missouri from Los Angeles, California.
On the following day, March 14, 2016, Ellis and Norman allegedly used temporary phones to communicate with Andre Montgomery and learn his location. Ellis placed a call to Norman after finding out where Andre was.
Later in the evening, Andre was shot and killed. Ellis’s phone location allegedly placed her in the area of the murder at the time of the shooting.
Immediately following, Ellis called Norman, and then began traveling to Memphis, Tennessee. After Andre’s murder, Ellis deposited cash into various bank accounts.
In 2016, Tim Norman is said to have contacted the life insurance company in an attempt to collect on the life insurance policy he had obtained on his nephew.
