Jeremih Returns To Social Media After Battle W/ COVID-19, Shares Photo From The Hospital: Thank God I’m Still Here!
R&B singer Jeremih is back on social media after a serious battle with the coronavirus.
He returned Wednesday (Dec. 9th) with a photo of him in a hospital bed.
He captioned the post:
“THANK GOD IM STILL HERE , THANK YA’LL FOR THE ?? UP #imbackkkk”

He also added a snapshot of what appears to be him currently.

As previously reported, the singer was released from the hospital and is at home recovering after a terrible case of COVID-19. The 33-year-old singer left Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago on Friday (Dec.4) after being hospitalized for nearly a month with the virus. Following his release, Jeremih thanked his team of healthcare workers, his family, and friends for helping him through the scary experience. He said,
“First and foremost, I would like to thank God and the incredible team of doctors and nurses at Northwestern Memorial Hospital for saving my life. I will be forever grateful. I would also like to thank my family and friends for all their prayers and well wishes. I’m overwhelmed with gratitude. A special thanks to Chance The Rapper, 50 Cent and Diddy for their love and support.”
Jeremih added,
“I’m getting stronger everyday, and look forward to spending time with my sons. I would also like to thank all my fans, and people all over the world who have prayed for me.”
When his condition was first reported, well wishes and prayers from celebrities poured in online. Celebrity friends including, 50 Cent, Chance The Rapper, Big Sean, and Htitmaka (Yung Berg) publicly asked for prayers for the R&B singer.



On Thursday (Dec.3), Chance The Rapper took to Twitter to reveal that Jeremih was scheduled to be released from the hospital this week after speaking to him. He also showed his appreciation for the medical staff that helped take care of his friend during this scary time. Chance wrote,
“Thank you to the medical staff at northwestern and thank you to everyone who held him up in prayer even when it seemed so grim. We are a testimony.”

We are happy that Jeremih is in good spirits and fully recovered!
