Will Smith Reveals ‘I’m In The Worst Shape Of My Life’ With Shirtless Photo
Will Smith took to his social media this weekend with a revealing photo and message:
“I’m gonna be real with yall- I’m in the worst shape of my life.”
Dressed in shorts, an unzipped jacket, and house shoes, Will Smith showed us why his family jokingly named him “pudge muffin” back in 2019.
In 2019, Will Smith admitted to easily gaining weight after the success of Disney’s Aladdin. After overindulging on vacation with his family, he revealed he weighed 225, which marked the most he’s ever weighed in his adult life.
On an episode of Red Table Talk, Will Smith confessed:
“I would wake up in the morning, and I would have like four muffins. Then for lunch, I would have a Moscow Mule, and then go back to sleep.”
He said that his overly relaxed attitude toward food led to his weight gain.
“I eat food like an addict. I love food, but I realize my relationship with food was that I eat for fun. I eat for joy. I get bored and I start to eat.”
When it comes to eating, Will Smith revealed: he was “grazing” during the day.
“I realize I’m a grazer. I put something in my mouth every 30 minutes, all throughout the day.”
