Bill Cosby Reportedly In Talks W/ Documentary Filmmakers To Share His Story Regarding Recent Sexual Assault Case
Now that Bill Cosby‘s free from prison, he’s allegedly looking to open up abut his side of the story.
Yesterday (Thursday, July 1st), Bill Cosby‘s spokesman–Andrew Wyatt–revealed the disgraced comedian is ready to get back to work by opening up about the allegations against him. Bill Cosby has not worked since 2015, when the sexual assault claims against him first came out.
Speaking outside Cosby‘s Philadelphia-area home, Andrew Wyatt told reporters:
“He’s Bill Cosby. He is one of the greatest of the world. There’s always going to be a different narrative… but you don’t have 1 million followers and counting if you don’t have support.”
Then, the spokesman claimed that Bill Cosby was in talks of a contract with “documentary people,” saying:
“Trust me. This guy wants to talk.”
With the vague statement of “documentary people” gearing up to work with Bill Cosby, it’s currently unclear who will produce or stream the alleged project.
The news of an alleged Bill Cosby documentary comes just after his release from prison. This past Wednesday (June 30th), the courts vacated the sentence against Bill Cosby, and he was released that same day. Back in 2018, he was sentenced to 3-10 years in prison for drugging and sexually assaulting a woman in 2004. However, numerous women have claimed they were victimized by the comedian throughout the years.
