Lil Nas X Poses Nude For His Latest Album Cover, Says Bible Scripture Served As Inspiration For Artwork
Lil Nas X was inspired to pose nude for his latest album cover and he isn’t shy about it.
Rapper and singer-songwriter Lil Nas X is on the brink of releasing his album, Montero on Sept. 17th. He spoke about the project on social media and the inspiration behind the biblical cover art. He wrote,

“Thus the heavens and the earth were completed in all their vast array. By the seventh day God had finished the work he had been doing; so on the seventh day he rested from all his work”



He added,
“creating this album has been therapy for me. I’ve learned to let go of trying to control people’s perception of who I am, what I can do, and where I will be. I’ve realized the only opinion of me that really matters is my own.
