Cincinnati Bengals Guard Jackson Carman Clarifies He Didn’t Eat At Eminem’s Restaurant After Suggesting He Got Sick From ‘Mom’s Spaghetti’
Update #1 (Oct. 19): Jackson Carman of the Cincinnati Bengals is clarifying a previous tweet after suggesting he got sick from eating at Eminem’s new restaurant in Detroit, Mom’s Spaghetti.
The NFLer tweeted,
“FYI: I did not actually try the Moms Spaghetti Restaurant while I was in Detroit, I was referencing the @Eminem song lyrics.”

Original Story: NFL player, Jackson Carman, does not suggest dining at Eminem’s new restaurant.
In a new tweet, the rookie guard is sharing his recommendation after leaving the field due to ‘illness’ during Sunday’s (Oct. 17) game.

On Twitter Jackson Carman wrote,
“Would not recommend Mom’s Spaghetti when you visit Detroit.”
The tweet came after Carman unexpectedly threw up on the field and left Sunday’s Bengals versus Lions matchup. The team’s Twitter account cited, ‘illness,’ for his departure and added that “his return is questionable.”

As previously reported, Eminem opened his new restaurant in late September in downtown Detroit.

The rapper’s new establishment, Mom’s Spaghetti, is named after a line from his 2002 hit song, Lose Yourself, in which he raps,
“His palms are sweaty/ knees weak/ arms are heavy/There’s vomit on his sweater already/mom’s spaghetti.”
It’s important to note that just 24 hours prior to the game, Carman tweeted for food recommendations in Detroit, to which Mom’s Spaghetti was suggested multiple times.
