Update: Keyshia Cole Appears To React To Antonio Brown Lashing Out At Her: I Haven’t Forgotten Who I Am, I’m Not An Egotistical, Arrogant B*tch

Update #1: Keyshia Cole has taken to Twitter, seemingly responding to the controversy with Antonio Brown. The singer responded to a social media user, telling them

“I haven’t forgotten who I am…”

In another response, she seemingly explains why she didn’t react harshly to AB,

“I don’t exchange that same energy”

She also thanks her fans who have remained supportive. 

Original Story: It looks like things between Antonio Brown and Keyshia Cole may be a little rocky!

After weeks of speculation on whether or not the two were dating, it looks like Antonio Brown is putting an end to the rumors. It all began over the weekend, when Keyshia Cole shared a series of photos with AB, telling her followers that she missed him.

In response to her post, Antonio Brown re-posted a clip of what appears to be Keyshia Cole dancing for the camera with an “AB” tattoo on her lower back. He captioned the post,

In the comments section, Keyshia wrote to AB,

“This the second time you posted this @AB but the captions changed. don’t be mad at me no more babe, I said I apologize.”

It turns out Keyshia Cole wasn’t too fond of AB’s caption. On Monday night (May 16), Keyshia appeared in an Instagram Live video with celebrity stylist and friend, EJ King. Keyshia explained how she felt the caption was “a little harsh,” but also revealed that she relates to Antonio Brown in many ways. Keyshia explained,

“Let’s keep it gangsta! You know what, I saw a Black man that is going through the motion. I’m not a Black man, but I identified with how [unintelligible] can be. He might not care about that, I don’t know. I don’t know, you know what I’m sayin’?”

She continued,

“I think he made it very clear that he didn’t want to receive it. He was like, ‘Baby I like you,’ at first and now, I think maybe that’s just what it is. My point wasn’t even for that to be like, for us to discuss that more. It was just that—it was harsh. It was a little harsh… Maybe he don’t know that it was a little harsh for him to say that.”

Seemingly reacting to Keyshia Cole’s video, the NFL star decided to make a video of his own. Antonio Brown took to Instagram Live to share a not so nice message to Keyshia, seemingly denying the rumored relationship. While AB doesn’t show his face in the video, he can be heard saying:

“Keyshia Cole, I’m a player man. We don’t want you Keyshia. Stay off my d**k.”

The mother of two later took to her Instagram story to vent and says she was “trippin.” Keyshia wrote:

“Yea I was big trippin smh I see it now..I have a 12-year-old. Like that type of disrespect for what.”

She continued,

“Nothing is worth that level of disrespect. Especially when [you] don’t deserve it. Had so much love, respect, and admiration [for] you. Guess that wasn’t mutual either.”
