Former ‘RHOP Stars Nneka & Dr. Ikenna Ihim Are Expecting Their First Child!

Former RHOP star Nneka Ihim is pregnant with her first child.

She and her husband, Dr. Ikenna, are excited to welcome their baby in May, sharing with PEOPLE, “It just feels so special.”

The couple’s journey to pregnancy wasn’t easy. After multiple rounds of IVF, Nneka was initially expecting twins but lost one at eight weeks.

“We showed up for an appointment, and one of the twins no longer had a heartbeat,” she recalls, adding that it was “really, really hard.”

However, Nneka is staying optimistic and has been supported by family, friends, and her doctor throughout the journey:

“We’re trying to be very optimistic. The one we have now is very healthy and very strong.”
