Michael Jackson’s Companies Call Accuser’s S*xual Abuse Allegations ‘Frivolous’ In New Court Filing
James Safechuck is facing scrutiny after Michael Jackson’s companies labeled his allegations as “frivolous” and “scurrilous.”
According to In Touch, MJJ Productions and MJJ Ventures denied all claims made by Safechuck in his ongoing lawsuit in a recent court filing. They argue that Safechuck waited “almost four years after Michael Jackson’s death” to bring his accusations forward, calling the timing suspicious.
The companies also argue that Safechuck’s lawsuit should be dismissed, calling it “frivolous” and citing his history of making “false” statements in previous cases.

Safechuck’s lawsuit claims that Jackson abused him between 1988 and 1992, when he was just 10 years old.
The case is now preparing for trial after being revived by the courts.
