[EXCLUSIVE] Rapper Future – Settles Child Support Case With Baby Mama #2, Brittni Mealy
Last year, the rapper was slapped with a paternity lawsuit by a 2nd baby mama, Brittni Mealy, who demanded Future pay child support along with back support, stating that the rapper left her without any type of help for months. Future filed docs admitting he fathered the child but wanted the court to determine the amount he paid in support. Future also asked for joint custody of their son Prince.
Then on July 10th, docs were filed in Georgia court stating that Future and Brittni came to an agreement on all their issues.
Per the deal, Future is to pay 3k a month in child support for his son born on November 4th 2012 — which is $200 more than his baby mama #1. Brittni will have primary physical custody and the rapper will have secondary physical custody. The docs note that both work in the entertainment industry and they will have to work together on who gets time sharing for their son.
Future recently also settled his other baby mama battle with a woman named Jessica Smith, over their 11-year-old son. Per their agreement, Future is to pay $2,800 a month in child support to Jessica. The support was determined based on Future’s 50k a month income.
FYI: Future has four children. An 11-year-old son, a four-year-old daughter, two-year-old son (Prince) and a newborn son (Future) with Ciara. Read the EXCLUSIVE Court Documents.
