Mel B Uses Cocaine, Is Aggressively Abusive & Kids Walked In On Her Having Sex w/ Multiple Men – Says Ex Nanny

New messy details about Mel B.’s custody battle are being revealed. The former Spice Girls singer recently revealed she would be going to rehab for alcoholism and sex addiction next month. Since the divorce of her now ex-husband, Stephen Belafonte, the unearthing of Mel B.’s (real name Melanie Janine Brown) alleged dark life are slowly coming to the light. In a recent development of her ongoing custody battle with her ex, Belafonte, her manny (man-nanny) has confessed to being a witness of some damaging acts, in what seems to be in Belafonte’s favor.

Before Melanie hired Rusty Updegraff to be her manny, they were reportedly friends. Rusty was hired to look after her two of her three daughters Angel, 11, and Madison, 7. According to court papers, he details moments of Melanie’s mishaps. He disclosed alarming instances of her abusing sex, aggressive actions towards her children, and drugs. One instance is as recent as the beginning of this past August. He alleges,

“As recently as August 2, 2018, when I was charged by Melanie to drive the children to Palm Springs, to meet with her and her friend, Gary, I was asked by a very drunk and slurring Melanie if I brought cocaine with me.”

He continues by stating his response to Melanie after she asked her drug inquiry. He says,

“I told Melanie, ‘Why would you ask me if I brought you coke and where do you think I’m going to get coke?’ I told Melanie that I was driving her children to her and that I would never even think of bringing cocaine in the car or have cocaine around the children.”

In retrospect, he speaks to the emotions he felt afterwards about the controversial request,

“I was deeply offended that Melanie would ask me this. In the last seven months, Melanie has often asked me or friends of mine (in my presence) whether we could provide her with cocaine.”

He claims that is not the first time she has asked for cocaine. He continues,

“Back in 2003 and in the years before and after Angel was born, I have known Melanie to use cocaine and have seen her use cocaine….I recall that Melanie asked me if I could get her cocaine when she was in the hospital on the day she gave birth to Angel.”

Within the midst of her alleged sexual trysts, he says her daughter(s) have walked in on her having sex with various men. Recanting that one time a man named “Frenchie” went swimming with her daughter, Madison and after, he tried to give her a shower. When Rusty brought to Melanie’s attention, she responded,

“that’s how French people are.”

The excess in partners have allegedly run so deep that Rusty and the children have devise nicknames to tell the different men apart.

Within his testimony, he says the British singer doesn’t spend any “quality” time with the children, and describes how she abuses the services of others to raise her children.

“The girls do not have TV time with their mother or any quality sober time with her. Tutors are there to help with homework and I helped too. The piano teacher comes in twice a week. Other than that, the children are in the care of someone else… The children try to fend for themselves when I am not around.”

He also spoke about another instance of Melanie being aggressive and allegedly abusive to Angel,

“grabbed her, shook her and dug her nails into her.”

He says this behavior is a result of her heavy drinking.

“Because of her drinking, Melanie becomes extremely volatile and angry and lashes out at the children. As a result, Madison is often left upset and crying trying to defend her sister or she escapes to her room to protect herself from her mother’s drunken behavior.”

Rusty reportedly quit as Melanie’s manny earlier this month and says he believes that she suffers from a mental or psychological disorder.

“Aside from the obvious alcohol addiction and her addiction to multiple partners that she brings around the children, I truly believe that Melanie is mentally and/or psychologically unstable and is suffering from some form of mental health issue. I do not believe the children are safe in her custody without supervision or monitoring.”

As The America’s Got Talent co-host wages in war against her ex-husband, she stated she would be checking into a “therapy program” to assist her with her addiction to alcohol and sex. She has been steadily working on her autobiography, as well. She spoke to her experiences with writing the book,

“The past six months have been incredibly difficult for me. I’ve been working with a writer on my book, Brutally Honest, and it has been unbelievably traumatic reliving an emotionally abusive relationship and confronting so many massive issues in my life.”

After 10 years of marriage, Melanie and Belafonte filed for divorce in March 2017. Almost a year later, their divorce reached a settlement. As of August 2018, Melanie is required to pay Belafonte $5,000 in child support and over $350,000 in legal fees.
