Recently, the Obama Campaign released a list of the President Obama’s top donors during the last months of his 2012 reelection campaign. The list read like a Hollywood who’s who and included newbies Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith who raised more than $500,000.  The couple were very vocal in their support of the President and in late October, they hosted a $2,500 per plate fundraising luncheon for first lady Michelle Obama selling out the 250 tickets. The President had several big money supporters including Morgan Freeman,  Sarah Jessica ParkerJay-Z,  Beyonce and Michael Jordan all of which hosted fundraising events, but failed to make the list. Here’s a list of Hollywood POTUS supporters who made the big spender cut.

Eva Longoria (Desperate Housewives) was co-chair of his reelection campaign, hosted several fundraising events and attended the Democratic National Convention. In a recent interview, Eva explained why she backed Obama:

“Whether he’s fighting for affordable healthcare and access to education, or supporting small businesses in the hispanic community, over the last three years he’s worked to reform our immigration system, to give everyone a fair shot at the American Dream.”

Others listed:

  • Tyler Perry hosted three fundraising events, including events at Tyler Perry Studios and personal residence. The studio tickets ranged in price from $500-$10,000 and included a performance from The Voice star Cee-Lo. The gala at Perry’s home cost a hefty $35,000 per plate and high profile public supporter Oprah Winfrey attended the event.
  • Penny Priitzker, founder of Hyatt Hotels, is worth of $1 billion.
  • Gwen Stefani lead singer of No Doubt hosted a fundraising event at her home in LA. Over 400 people attended the event for $2,500.
  • Anna Wintour, editor-in-chief of Vogue Magazine, co-hosted several fundraising dinners ranging from $35,800 to $40,000 per ticket.

There were also several political figures that supported Obama including Newark Mayor Corey Booker,  state Governors Daniel Mallory and Martin O’Malley  of Connecticut and Maryland. Nice.
