He will also put 5k  into a trust in case the child expenses exceed the support he pays.

Any remaining money in the trust will remain in there for post college education,  if he doesn’t pursue post-college education then the child will receive leftover all the cash when he turns 25.

Brown also will pay for all private schooling expenses — including yearbook fees & Prom costs. He will cover the cost of college when his son attends. He also has to pay for Shamekia and his child to travel to Florida once a year.

Both agreed not to make disparaging comments about the other in front of their child and they cannot make him feel like if he loves one parent he will lost the love of another. Shamekia accused Brown of not calling his son while she had custody and Brown has agreed to now make an effort to communicate with him while he’s with his mother.
