[EXCLUSIVE] Aaron Hernandez: I Want To Testify in Miami Club Shooting Trial

same car. Brandley says Hernandez pointed his weapon at him and the gun went off striking him in the face. The man claimed to have suffered major injuries as a result and lost his right eye sight. He demanded 100k + for the damages. The suit has been pending while Aaron has been dealing with his murder charges.

Then this week, Hernandez’s legal team filed docs in the case stating who they will call to the stand for the trial. The docs note that Aaron himself wants to testify on his behalf in the case. Further, he wants Bradley to take the stand to be questioned about the incident. Aaron is also asking that all the responding police officers be ready to answers questions during the trial.
