Kylie Jenner’s Cornrows Sparks A Tongue-Lashing About Black Culture From Amandla Stenberg
Kylie then later responded with a subliminal message (which she later deleted)
Mad if I do, mad if I don’t, go hang with Jaden or something.
Amandla later posted a final Instagram message which looks to be clarification of exactly what she meant by her earlier statement.
This debate poses the question, who is really responsible for cultivating and appropriating the ‘Black Culture’? And how do we spread a message of unity without excluding certain cultures all together, or is it even possible? What are your thoughts?
