Colin Kaepernick’s Name Removed From “Madden 19” Soundtrack
The NFL is doubling down on their non-support of Colin Kaepernick, even going as far as to pretend that he doesn’t exist. This week, a Twitter user discovered that Kaepernick’s name was edited out of a song that appeared on the Madden 19 video game soundtrack. The Kaepernick mention was originally part of Big Sean’s verse in the song “Big Bank” with YG, 2 Chainz and Nicki Minaj. In the song Big Sean says:
Feed me to the wolves now I lead the pack and shit
You boys all cap, I’m more Colin Kaepernick
I’m rare as affordable health care
Or going to wealth from welfare
However, that doesn’t appear on the NFL’s soundtrack for Madden 19. In fact, the entire line is censored out. Listen below:

Kaepernick currently remains unsigned. He was released from the San Francisco 49ers in 2017.
