Cardi B Introduces Her ‘Hustler’ Stripper Character Diamond [Photo]

Just 10 months post baby Kulture, rapper Cardi B is ready for her big screen debut in the upcoming film called ‘Hustler.’ The Grammy award winning rapper is set to revert to her former years as a stripper in the film and the “Press” artist gave fans a preview with a sexy mirror selfie over the weekend. Cardi captions the post:
“Y’all ready for DIAMOND to come to a theater near you this fall? HUSTLER MOVIE!”

With over 3 million likes, looks like many are highly anticipating Cardi’s on screen debut performance in the upcoming film which follows a crew of former exotic dancers who take on Wall Street. In her comments, Instagram comedian sensation Nick Nack wants a new name for Cardi’s role. He says,
”DIAMOND? As in player’s Club?? IDK, we gotta give you a different strip club name that’s a classic. You shine brighter than a diamond.

Also in Cardi’s comments, the rapper jokingly responds to a fan asking about her house fee. Cardi plays along replying,
”$120 after 10pm.”
The girl power film starring Jennifer Lopez is set to star Julia Stiles, “Riverdale’s” Lili Reinhart, and actress, KeKe Palmer. As perviously reported, theJasmineBRAND exclusively reported, fellow Grammy award winning singer, Usher has allegedly been added to the cast as well.

Sources tell us that the 40-year-old R&B singer will have an important cameo in the movie, as a high-level client who attends the Scores nightclub. Were told that,
Usher was brought in to provide some star power to the project.

The film, directed by Lorene Scafaria (The Meddler) and produced by STX Films, is based on the 2015 New York Magazine article “The Hustlers At Scores” written by Jessica Pressler. Hustlers is set to hit theaters later this year on Sep. 13, 2019.
