‘Insecure’ Actor Jay Ellis & Girlfriend Nina Senicar Are Having A Baby And Planning A Wedding

It looks like actor Jay Ellis is settling down for good. He and his longtime girlfriend, actress Nina Senicar are making major life moves together. They’re not only reportedly expecting their first child together, but also are planning to get married.

An interview with a Serbian magazine (via Madame Noire), Story, revealed the couple’s plans.

Senicar was on the cover of the June issue and was four months pregnant at the time.

Ellis and Senicar have been together since 2015, but they’ve been keeping things quiet for quite a while. It could be because fans weren’t happy the Insecure star is in an interracial relationship. He defended his girlfriend back in 2017 and said,

“I am in a relationship. I’m in a very happy relationship and that’s where I leave it. I don’t really worry about anything else and that’s it. I think for me, we give so much of ourselves in what we do no matter what side of the industry we’re on so for me…a relationship for me is probably the most important thing that I think two people can have.”

Senicar is also low-key about their romance. She kept it short and simple and said,

“I’m happy and satisfied, that’s the most important thing.” 

They also keep their relationship off of social media for the most part, but still post each other every once in a while.Back in February  Senicar shared a photo of her and Ellis along with Milan Blagojevic and wrote,

“Have the hottest bodyguards”
