50 Cent Says His Mom Was “Gay As A Motherf***er”, As Social Media User Accuses Him Of Being Homophobic
While calling out Tank for his recent comments about homosexuality, 50 Cent has confirmed that his mother, who died when he was 8-years-old, was gay.
He shared a photo of the star of his hit series “Power”, Omari Hardwick, with Tank, and questioned why they were posted up together.

This comes after 50 Cent called out Tank for his comments that if a man performs oral sex on another man twice, that doesn’t make him gay. Read about that here.
In the comments, one fan questioned why 50 Cent was so against homosexuality if his own mother was gay, and he responded by agreeing that his mom was gay.

50 Cent hasn’t been shy about his mom’s sexuality in the past. He spoke on it in his 2005 single “Hate It Or Love It.” He said rapped in the first verse,
“Comin’ up I was confused, my mommy kissin’ a girl”
He also said in 2012 that he didn’t realize his mother was gay when he was younger.
“It’s two different things too – from a female perspective, when you see two females together, you think, oh, they’re just girlfriends, they’re close. But, with my mom, the male was missing.
He added,
“When you’re that small you don’t see things that would indicate there are other things going on.”
He said it was actually his grandmother who helped him connect the dots.
