R. Kelly’s Ex-Girlfriend Halle Calhoun Seemingly Calls Out Joycelyn Savage: The Things People Do For Money Is Just Sad

Another person connected to R. Kelly seems to be coming for Joycelyn Savage, his live-in girlfriend who made claims that she was a victim of his allegedly aggressive ways.

According to reports, Halle Calhoun previously dated the singer off-and-on for a couple of years before calling it quits for good. And while they went their separate ways, she appears to be putting Joycelyn Savage on blast. She writes:

“The things people do for money is just sad. I don’t have sympathy… YOU HAD A CHOICE!!! Smh I just want the world to be smart at this point… come onnnnnnnn… Goofy af!”

Joycelyn Savage sparked controversy when she shared stories about R. Kelly, stating that he claimed he would make her the next Aaliyah, but instead was very controlling and demanding.

Interestingly enough, Joycelyn Savage and Halle Calhoun were spotted partying with R. Kelly back in November 2017, shortly after Savage’s parents first made claims that R. Kelly was holding her against her will.

Up until this weekend, Savage defended R. Kelly, making claims that she was fine and that her parents were attempting to extort him.

Halle Calhoun’s claims come as R. Kelly’s lawyer, Steve Greenberg, also calls out Savage for selling her story after R. Kelly’s money runs out. (Savage’s accounts of what allegedly happened between her and R. Kelly are available on a platform that users have to pay for). The singer is in jail as he awaits his trial that will begin next year. He’s been charged with child pornography, obstruction of justice and other serious crimes.
