According to FOX News 8, Javon Brown was walking home from school with a friend Monday (Dec. 2) when Davaughn Tate and Jeffrey Tate and a teenager who hasn’t been identified, allegedly walked up to him and started a fight, leading to Brown getting allegedly shot during the scuffle.
Jeffrey was also reportedly hurt in the incident. Police said it’s possible he was shot on accident. They all ran away before officers got to the scene.
He tragically passed away Tuesday (Dec. 3).
