Jackie Chan Addresses Concerns About His Safety Amid Coronavirus: I’m Safe & Sound!
Actor Jackie Chan has taken to his social media assuring his 3 million plus followers that he’s not facing any danger amid the recent outbreak of the deadly new virus, coronavirus. In his message, the 65-year-old actor denies reports that he may be among those affected, either with the virus or under quarantine.
In addition, Jackie gave an update on his website thanking the many special gifts from fans all over the world, including face masks.
“Firstly, I’d like to take this opportunity to say “thank you” for everybody’s concern! I’m very healthy and safe, and haven’t been quarantined. I’ve received many messages from friends asking if I’m ok. Your love and concern is so heartwarming. Thank you!”
He adds, he’s asked his staff to donate the supplies to various organizations.
“I’ve also received some very special gifts from fans all over the world during this very difficult time. Thank you for the face masks. Your thoughtfulness is well received! And I’ve asked my lovely staff to donate your kindness through official organizations to those who need it most.”

Most recently, more than 84,000 people have been sickened from COVID-19, otherwise known as the coronavirus. The United States has seen at most 60 cases with a single death due to the virus, according to reports.
