Summer Walker Deletes IG Posts After Sharing Coronavirus Video, Says: I Literally Don’t Give A F*** Anymore!

It seems singer Summer Walker – just like her debut studio album – is over it. The 23-year-old chart-topper is known to stir up controversy on social media, and her recent posts were no different. She seems to be rather passionate about avoiding the deadly coronavirus, considering her airport garb last week.

Summer re-posted a viral video regarding the illness, which included Asian people and the following misleading headline:

“People in China Seen Spreading The Coronavirus to The Public”

Her caption made matters worse:

“That’s some trifling nasty a** sh*t”

A follower attempted to correct the “Come Thru” singer against what may be taken as a racist post, with this comment:

” it’s a videdo from two years ago please don’t spread fake news”

Summer Walker defended her stance:

“and they trifling & nasty af too so what’s your point?”

Summer Walker took to her Instagram Story in a defiant rant against the backlash:

“LOL PEOPLE SO DUMB, TALKING ABOUT IM RACIST AND THAT VIDEO WAS FROM A LONG TIME AGO. IT DON’T MATTER IF IT WAS FROM 20 YEARS AGO, BOTTOM LIME THAT SH*T NASTY. & IDGAF IF A BLACK WHITE YELLOW OR GREEN PERSON DID THAT SH*T, IT’S STIL NASTY…PERIOD…& WHY I AIN’T HERE ABOUT NONE OF THIS “XENOPHOBIC SH*T” WHEN MF’S HAD EBOLA ? LOL”

Summer continued:

“Lmao I literally don’t give a f*ck anymore this is app. It’s not that serious…For my label Ima just delete all this sh*t…Goodnight”

And she did just that – deleting all of her timeline photos.
