Tekashi 6ix9ine: Billboard You Cheated! Jay-Z & Nicki Minaj Were Right
Tekashi 6ix 9ine insists that he caught Billboard cheating and says Nicki Minaj and Jay-Z were right about it!
After his recent accusations that Billboard manipulates charts for artists who pay to get a# 1 record, he has now gone on the record with another series of social media posts claiming that both Nicki Minaj and Jay-Z were right.
He wrote on his Instagram stories,

In his first video, Tekashi 6ix9ine says,
“I want the world to know that Billboard is a lie.”
He further proclaims,
“You can buy #1’s on Billboard. I want that to register in your head. You can buy #1’s on Billboard.”
Tekashi 6ix9ine, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, goes on to explain that his team was having an ongoing investigation stemming from his alleged recent findings of Ariana Grande shooting from #5 to #1 overnight. In his video, he states that Ariana Grande and her team submitted 60,000 units that pushed them to claim the number 1 spot.
“With the investigation, we found this: They purchased half of those things with six credit cards. When we asked where were those six credit cards linked to, Billboard said ‘we can’t disclose that information,'”
He continued,
“Billboard doesn’t want no one to know this. Now I understand why Jay-Z and Nicki Minaj say ‘Billboard, like we used to look up to them [inaudible], I mean to Billboard’. But now it’s like we know you can, it’s all manipulated right. It’s all fabricated. You can buy #1’s. This is what these artists do.”
Tekashi further explains his alleged findings by showing a host of streaming numbers and data on his cell phone that back up his story.

In his second video, he seems to challenge Billboard directly, saying,
“Now Billboard, if you wanna explain to all the hard-working artists out there, the hard-working artists that, and established artists at that, because there’s a lot of established artists right now that don’t get number 1’s and don’t understand why.”
