‘Married To Medicine’ Star Quad Webb Shares 1st Glimpse Of Her Adopted Daughter

Quad Webb of Bravo’s “Married To Medicine” is officially a mom and she’s showing off her daughter to the world!

The reality star shared a glimpse of her adopted daughter, Ariana, on social media. She previously finalized her divorce from her husband of six years, Gregory Lunceford. Part of the issues in their relationship stemmed from Quad Webb’s previous decision to not have children. In a recent interview, she said that she did not want to be selfish by bringing a child into a broken home.

“Why is all the blame in my lap? Us having a child was not something that we continuously talked about day in and day out … There were so many other issues that needed to be talked out before I could even think about having a child. And I wasn’t going to be selfish and do what society says we need to do to have the ‘perfect family’ if things were not right with us. That would’ve been me bringing a child into a home of strife and turmoil.”

Now, Quad Webb is enjoying motherhood with her new bundle of joy.

“Life is precious, it should be protected and valued.”

Webb announced last month that she was heading to Memphis, TN, where her daughter was born, to hold her and bring her home to the Atlanta area.

“It is exciting news, and there are so many moving pieces. My mom and I are extremely happy to welcome baby Ari to her new village.”

She added:

“She was born on April 8^th, and since then we have been working to get her home to begin what will surely be a joyous, successful, and opportunity filled life.”

“I am headed to Memphis this week and I cannot wait to meet her. There’s so much happening so fast! I’ve been in the process of looking for a new home, and now it has a completely different meaning, I’m eager and anxious, as my family means so much to me. We thank you in advance for all of your prayers and well wishes.”

She first announced she was adopting her baby girl a few days earlier.

“I’m truly looking for the home that I think myself and my family will be very comfortable in. We have a new baby thats on the way, and, so, we’re very happy about her.”

She continued,

“She’s in the hospital right now. She is 8 lbs, and we’re very excited about her. My mom and I have custody of her. [Currently] I am working really, really hard to prepare a home for her.”

Webb also explained,

“The baby just came through last month. Her name is Ariana. We’re going to refer to her as “Ari” [She’s a] super beautiful baby girl. Super beautiful. I just want to be able to give her the best life possible. I am responsible for that, and she’s going to get that.”
