Jaguar Wright Apologizes To Tiffany Haddish, After Accusing Common Of Sexual Assault: “She’s In A Relationship W/ Someone Who Became A Target Of My Investigations”

As we previously reported, singer Jaguar Wright accused rapper Common, of an alleged interaction, which ended in her becoming a victim of sexual assault.

She alleged that she was sleeping one night and woke up to Common (real name Lonnie Corant Jaman Shuka Rashid Lynn) poking her in the mouth with his genitals while she was sleep.

Jaguar Wright is now issuing a heartfelt apology to comedian Tiffany Haddish who recently went public with her relationship with Common.

In a post on Instagram Jaguar Wright writes in the caption,

“My most humble and sincerest apologies go out to the incomparable @tiffanyhaddish .. I began to look through your page and I just wanted to say I’m sorry if anything that I’ve done caused you distress … and you look fabulous in that suit … rockin it .. keep on being amazing be well God-bless you #sheready?”

In the video she adds,

“There’s one person that I have not addressed directly, and mostly because, truth is I have a lot of respect for her. I think she is a wonderful comedian, I think she’s a great philanthropist.

I just got off of her page and uhm, I just scrolled through like a month or two, and I was just curious to see. Whether or not everything that’s going on, in Hip Hop and neo soul right now, is affecting her in an way right now because I know she’s in a relationship with unfortunately someone who became a target of my investigations.

And uhm, I just wanted to say to Tiffany Haddish, I got all the respect in the world for you, we do have a mutual person in common, Luenell Campbell, Luenell has always spoke highly of you, and there’s not much that Luenell can say to me that I don’t take as Bible, so…

I just wanted to apologize, for real fore real, if anything that I’ve done has caused you any distress”

During the live interview where Jaguar Wright made the shocking revelations, she detailed the alleged experience saying:

“I’m a rape survivor, I know how to, buy myself a little time, just in case a ni**a get outta hand.You gotta pull my pants down, by the time you get my pants down, I promise you I’m booking off in your jaw.”

“I wake up its morning, I feel something poking me in me face and sh*t right, and it’s just poking me in my face. And I open my mouth, this ni**a, tryna stick his d**k in my mouth while I’m sleep. Lonnie f**king Lynn. Rashid, Common, whatever the f*ck you want to call yourself. That’s why I stop f*cking with him.”

Adding,

“Because n**ga if you’re going to try and stick your d*ck in my mouth, while I’m sleep, it ain’t nothing you won’t do. I don’t even know why he’s running around here, parading around here with all these, public relationships that don’t ever seem to last”

She then says that Common hasn’t had many girlfriends, slamming his past relationship with tennis player Serena Williams. She also made claims that he allegedly hasn’t been right since his relationship with Lauryn Hill.

“When’s the last time he, actually had a real b*tch, you was with Serena, that didn’t work out? You always got whoever hot, dating you but the sh*t, don’t last long. He ain’t been right since Lauryn Hill left him anyway”
