John Legend’s dislike for Donald Trump reached new heights on Twitter as the votes for the election came rolling in Wednesday (Nov. 4th).
While key states like Pennsylvania and Georgia were still hanging in the balance, Donald Trump hopped on Twitter to claim the victory for them.
He wrote:
“We have claimed, for Electoral Vote purposes, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (which won’t allow legal observers) the State of Georgia, and the State of North Carolina, each one of which has a BIG Trump lead. Additionally, we hereby claim the State of Michigan if, in fact,…..”

The tweet also came with a warning that reads:
“Official sources may not have called the race when this was Tweeted”
John Legend caught wind of the tweet and started a viral challenge on the social media site.
He replied:
“Let’s all claim things we don’t have any right to. What y’all got”

He added:
“To be clear, you have to say ‘hereby’ to make it legally binding”
