Bow Wow is the latest celebrity to get lots of criticism for appearing to go against COVID-19 safety guidelines.
The rapper and actor was spotted performing for a packed audience in Houston Friday (Jan. 15th).

His appearance comes after Trey Songz was also spotted at a packed performance recently. The venue was cited for failing to comply with coronavirus protocol.
