Boosie — Leaked 911 Audio Sparks New Speculation Over November Shootout That Left The Rapper Injured
New details have emerged surrounding the shooting Boosie was involved in late last year.
As previously reported, Boosie (real name Torrence Hatch) was shot in the leg back in November while in Dallas, Texas. Reportedly, an unknown assailant shot up Boosie’s sprinter van while in the parking lot of Big T’s Plaza in South Dallas. He was in town to attend rapper Mo3‘s funeral, as he’d been killed on a Dallas freeway a couple of days earlier.

Now, however, TMZ has acquired the 911 audio from a few different callers regarding the incident. With the audio, new speculation has arisen regarding what the alleged gunmen were driving. Specifically, one caller claimed that a black Audi SUV was on the road with a man hanging out the window and pointing a gun. Another caller alleged that the shooting victim was taken to the hospital in a gray Acura while being followed by an Audi SUV.
It appears as though the two aforementioned calls are somewhat contradictory, as the first suggests that the black SUV contained the gunmen while the second suggests that it contained Boosie‘s crew. Resultingly, it is unclear whether the SUV belonged to Boosie or the alleged gunmen.
However, artists oftentimes utilize SUVs while traveling, and suggests that the callers may have mixed up the cars. Nonetheless, the newly-released 911 audio suggests that the incident isn’t as clear as it appeared to be at first.
