Jay-Z Allegedly Told Rapper EST Gee To Not Bring His Ghostwriter To The Studio W/ Them: That’s How I Know He’s A Street N***a
Jay-Z allegedly invited EST Gee to the studio–but not the rapper’s rumored ghostwriter!
This past Tuesday (July 20th), Louisville native EST Gee met up with Complex for an interview. During their sit-down, the rapper–perhaps most known for being featured on Lil Baby‘s “Real As It Gets”–made some revelations about Jay-Z!
EST Gee claims he spoke with Jay-Z on the phone, and the music mogul allegedly extended the Kentucky rapper an invitation to the Super Bowl and studio. However, Jay-Z also supposedly offered EST Gee some blunt advice during their phone call. EST Gee claimed:
“[Jay-Z’s] a regular n***a. He gon’ shoot a joke at you and everything. He told me, ‘Let me bring you down to the Super Bowl with me so we can kick it, man.’ He’s like, ‘[When] we get in the studio, make sure you don’t bring your ghostwriter with you.’ I’m like, ‘D*mn.’ He’s like, ‘Yeah man, they told me you have somebody write that s**t for you.’ He was dead serious about it. That’s how I know he’s a street n***a who made it down to the big level.”

It is unclear whether or not EST Gee truly has a ghostwriter, but the rapper notably didn’t deny it and seems to have taken Jay-Z‘s comment well.
Jay-Z isn’t the only big name who’s interested in the up-and-coming Kentucky rapper. Yo Gotti recently signed EST Gee to his label, CMG. Through Yo Gotti‘s label, EST Gee released an album–Bigger Than Life Or Death–just a few days ago.
