Idris Elba Cast As Knuckles In ‘Sonic The Hedgehog 2’
Idris Elba is snagging more time on the big screen, fresh off The Suicide Squad. The actor has snagged another role and will voice fan-favorite character “Knuckles” in the upcoming Sonic the Hedgehog 2. Idris Elba shared the news on social media.
The cast includes Ben Schwartz, who will return as the voice Sonic. James Marsden, Tika Sumpter, Natasha Rothwell, Adam Pally, Shemar Moore and Jim Carrey also star. Knuckles was officially introduced in 1994’s Sonic the Hedgehog 3.
Sonic the Hedgehog 2 will be released on April 8, 2022.
