Joe Budden Deletes Tweet About Alicia Keys After Being Called Out By Swizz Beatz: Let’s Not Do This!
Looks like Joe Budden doesn’t want any smoke with Alicia Keys or Swizz Beatz.
The podcast host recently removed an opinion tweet about R&B songstress Alicia Keys after her husband, producer Swizz Beatz, took issue with the comment. The drama began after a twitter user gave her thoughts on Alicia Keys’ 2004 single Diary, which features uncredited vocals from singer Jermaine Paul.
The user wrote:
“Alicia keys really got cooked on Diary”

Joe Budden, a former musician himself, echoed the users stance about the track, responding in a now deleted tweet:
“Lowkey lol”

It didn’t take long for Alicia’s husband of 11 years, Swizz Beatz to come to her defense. In response, Swizz tweeted:
” King Knock it all the way off ! Let’s not do this ! I never get into your zones! Leave my wife out of everything but greatness! Please ……..”

Joe subsequently removed the tweet, and all seems well as no further comments were exchanged. Swizz has routinely shown his dedication to his wife, taken on trolls however they appear. The musical duo caught backlash at the start of their relationship, after it was speculated Swizz left his first wife, Mashonda Tifrere, for the “Fallin'” singer. Alicia and Swizz went public while his divorce was still ongoing.
However, Swizz has vehemently denied all infidelity rumors surrounding his relationship with Alicia. Even the rumor that he cheated on Alicia with media personality Lala Anthony. The pair share two sons together, Egypt and Genesis.

Do you think Swizz should’ve ignored Joe’s comment about Alicia? Let us know in the comments.
