Anthony Anderson Agrees To Pay Back Spousal Support For Estranged Wife Alvina Anderson
Anthony Anderson is doing what he needs to do to stay on good terms with the mother of his children.
According to court documents, actor Anthony Anderson, 51, signed off agreeing to pay his ex-wife, Alvina Anderson, spousal support. Anthony Anderson and Alvina Anderson also agreed to sell and split their property located in Encino, California. The court ordered the “Black-Ish” star to co-sign with Alvina Anderson on a 12-month lease so she has a home until further notice. The amount of spousal support will be agreed upon by the ex-couple’s joint forensic accountant after their finances are individually investigated.

Alvina requested that the court “exercise its jurisdiction” to make the spousal support orders retroactive to March 1, 2022 or to the day they separated. Anthony’s lawyers argued that the payments shouldn’t be retroactive before Jun 1, 2022.

Anthony and Alvina were together for three decades, starting their relationship as high school sweethearts. The pair got married on their 10-year anniversary in 1999. They share two children together, Kyra Anderson, 26, and Nathan Anderson, 22. Alvina filed for divorce in 2015 citing their irreconcilable differences for the reason they needed to be separated. Anthony’s estranged wife dismissed the divorce petition in 2017. She then filed for divorce for the second time in March. Anthony responded making the couple officially separated on February 25th.
