Michelle Obama Hails Beyonce’s New Single ‘Break My Soul’: You’ve Done It Again

Michelle Obama is bowing down to Queen B after the release of her new single “Break My Soul.”

Singer/songwriter Beyonce surprisingly dropped “Break My Soul” on Monday (June 20). The track is the first released single from her upcoming seventh studio album “Renaissance,” which will be available on July 29th.

Former First-lady, Michelle Obama reacted to Beyonce’s single on Twitter. Giving Beyonce her flowers, Michelle Obama, 58, stated:

“Queen Beyonce, you’ve done it again! ‘Break My Soul’ is the song we all need right now, and I can’t help but dance and sing along while listening to it. Can’t wait for the album!”

As previously mentioned, Beyonce, 40, will be releasing her first solo album in six years, following her Grammy Award-winning album “Lemonade,” which was released in 2016. In a recent interview, the 40-year-old’s mother, Tina Lawson, 68, revealed that her daughter worked on “Renaissance” for two years.

Entrepreneur/mother Tina Lawson said:

“I’m very, very excited. I just posted recently that I really miss her singing, and I do. I’m as excited as everybody else. I can’t wait for you guys to hear it. She put two years of love into this. Many, many nights all night working. So, I can’t wait for the world to hear it.”

Beyonce broke the internet on Thursday (June 16) by appearing on the cover of British Vogue’s latest issue. She gave fans renaissance realness as she posed on top of a horse. In addition to promoting her album, Beyonce placed the release date of “Renaissance” in her bio on Instagram. Reports claim that the album will feature 16 tracks.
