Ray J Posts Alarming Social Media Message: If It Wasn’t For My Kids I Would Jump Off & Die Tonight
Ray J’s recent post left fans concerned about him.
Earlier today (Oct. 7) Ray J, born William Ray Norwood Jr., took to social media implying that if he didn’t have responsibilities he would’ve committed suicide. Ray J posted an image of being above a large body of water. In a caption, the “One Wish” artist said:
“If it wasn’t 4 my Kidz I would jump off and die tonight.”

Twitter users became alarmed by the 41-year-old’s suicidal messages. A Twitter user wrote:
“Ray J confess about suicidal thoughts sometimes these celebs be reached at rock bottom and no one to save em’ SAD.”

Another user wrote:
“I truly hope that Ray j is ok.”

Social media flooded the singers mentions with prayers and well wishes, understanding where he’s coming from and hoping he receives the help he needs from professionals and loved ones.
