21 Savage Says He Doesn’t Have “A Celebrity Girlfriend” Despite Numerous Rumors He’s Dating Latto + Claims He Didn’t Collab w/Nas For Clout: We Been Talking About Making Music

Seems like 21 Savage is clearing the air about his dating life.

During a recent Clubhouse session, the London born rap star seemingly denied ongoing speculations he’s dating fellow rapper Latto.

 21, born Shéyaa Bin Abraham-Joseph, stated during the chat:

“I have been hot for a long time. I don’t do all the antics and sh*t. I don’t got a celebrity girlfriend.”

He continued:

“I don’t got to be out everywhere, I’m not dropping music every other week. I’m not going on Live talking about people every week.” 

The 30-year-old musician’s statement comes as quite the shock, as it has been rumored for more than a year now that he and Latto, born Alyssa Stephens, 23, have been romantically involved. Back in December 2020, the fellow artists sparked dating rumors after reportedly being spotted vacationing together.

More recently, rap star Kodak Black insinuated the two were romantically linked during his feud with Latto. Fans speculated Kodak refused to give the “Big Energy” rapper a feature after she denied his sexual passess. However, the “Super Gremlin” rapper claimed that Latto was “21’s girl” and he respected him too much to make a move on her.

However, neither Latto nor 21 ever officially confirmed or denied dating one another. Not even after the two collabed on Latto’s record “Wheelie” which features 21. That is, until now it seems.

21 also addressed criticism surrounding another of his collabs, his recently released song with rap vet Nas. The two lyricists joined forces for a record titled “One Mice One Gun” after 21 seemingly shaded Nas by stating he’s not “relevant” during a previous Clubhouse chat. However, the “Rich Flex” rapper quickly clarified that he meant no disrespect, claiming the media took a few of his words and manipulated a story.

Speaking on the situation recently, 21 stated:

“Me and Nas have been talking about making music, on my kids. Way before that sh*t happened.”

He continued:

“We’ve been figuring out how we were going to do a song, before this. I’ve been had his number, he’s been telling me he’s a fan of my sh*t. I’ve been telling him the same thing before all this sh*t happened, bro. That’s why he didn’t take what I said in no disrespectful way, because he knew what I was trying to say.”
