Boosie Speaks Out Against Fentanyl Use, Urges Addicts To ‘Go Back To Crack’
Boosie is starting off 2023 by giving out a little bit of advice.
Rapper Boosie Badazz, born Torence Hatch, has never been someone to bite his tongue. The 40-year-old rapper often makes headlines for speaking his truth, no matter who it may offend. On January 1, Boosie took to his socials and gave his two cents on fentanyl addiction as he urged his fans to stay away from the drug in the New Year. He also offered up an alternative drug for people who “can’t shake” the opioid. He said,
“Ay, check this out, it’s too many people dying in 2022 f*cking with fentanyl. If you go be an addict you might need to go back to crack.”
He continued,
“Crackheads live longer than anybody, you still see them around. That fentanyl sh*t is way stronger. If you can’t shake it, go back to crack.”
He added,
“You go be funnier [and] you go live longer. Food for thought.”

This isn’t the first time that Boosie has used his socials to share a message close to his heart with the world. As previously reported, the “Wipe Me Down” rapper recently shared a video claiming he was almost banned from the State Farm Arena in Atlanta. He said,
“Ay, I need something, man. I need Trae Young, Collins, Murray, the Atlanta Hawks to go talk to the NBA security or whatever because they say if I talk to the players or coaches they’re gonna put me out.”
He added,
“I’m motivation to the players. Even the players on the other team we joking man, them my partners. Like I pay good money to sit where I sit, that ain’t right, bruh. I can’t just sit down the whole game and not say nothing. I’m ADHD. I need the Hawks to tell them I’m good people, man.”

Thankfully, Atlanta Hawks superstar Trae Young, 24, came to the rapper’s defense. He tweeted,
“Nahhh man we not gonna do this to Boosie now. Bro be chillin most games with family Heard 11x worse things being said to players & coaches then how he be talkin. Lol Thanks for the support! @BOOSIEOFFICIAL”
