Flo Rida’s Ex Claims He’s Refusing To Help w/ 6-Year-Old Son’s Medical Bills Following Child’s Fall From Five-Story Building
Flo Rida’s baby’s mother is claiming he’s not assisting with their child’s medical bills.
According to reports, Flo Rida is allegedly refusing to help financially with medical bills for his six-year-old disabled son — Zohar Dillard. As you may recall, his young son suffered traumatic injuries following a fall from a five-story New Jersey apartment building last month.
Alexis Adams, the child’s mother, recently spoke out against Flo Rida — born Tramar Lacel Dillard —claiming that he’s yet to make a payment toward his son’s recovery.

This story comes after Alexis Adams reportedly filed a lawsuit with the Hudson County Superior Court against the Jersey City building’s management for being “negligent and careless.” She also accuses the company of failing to “install size guards on the window,” which led to the tragic fall of her son. Due to the fall, Zohar Dillard, unfortunately, sustained multiple injuries; including a shattered pelvis, metatarsal fractures, a liver laceration, internal bleeding, and collapsed lungs.
According to reports, Zohar is a special needs child who is autistic and suffers from hydrocephalus — a neurological condition that causes an abnormal accumulation of cerebrospinal fluid within cavities in the brain.

After the incident Alexis Adams reportedly said:
“As a single mom to a special needs child, this feels like a nightmare.”
She added:
“My heart is broken into a million pieces. It is devastating to see my child go through such pain and trauma knowing that this could’ve been avoided.”

During Zohar’s hospitalization, the “Low” rapper took to his Instagram story to thank “everyone who reached out with their concerns and prayers” for his son. The 43-year-old wrote:
“He is getting the best medical care and miraculously survived a tragic fall. I ask for your continued prayers as he undergoes rehabilitation but I would appreciate that this remain a private matter.”
In a previous interview, Adams spoke out against Flo Rida’s failed attempts to build a relationship with Zohar. In a past interview, she reportedly said:
“Flo Rida has only seen his son once during the paternity test but kept his shades on and his back turned. They were in the same room. He didn’t try to hug Zohar, nothing. It was very cold.”
The ex-couple met in 2015 and Alexis Adams discovered she was pregnant a year later. Reportedly, after a dispute over who fathered Zohar, a DNA test reportedly proved that Flo Rida is the dad. In 2018, a judge ordered him to cough up $9,000 monthly in child support, which Adams claims still isn’t enough to afford Zohar’s constant doctor visits and surgeries. The Florida native was also mandated to pay for his ex’s legal fees following their court battle.

In other Flo Rida news, he was awarded $85 million after suing energy drink Celsius for breach of contract from a 2014 endorsement deal. The songwriter argued that he popularized the drink as an ambassador in 2014 and wasn’t properly compensated for his work.
