Kroy Biermann & Kim Zolciak Call Cops On Each Other As They Struggle To Live Under The Same Roof Amid Divorce, Authorities Tell Ex-Couple To ‘Remain Civil’ In Front Of Minor Children
Kroy Biermann called the police on his estranged wife Kim Zolciak after a verbal altercation.
According to documents obtained by RadarOnline, Kroy Biermann called the cops on May 2 around 10:23 p.m. and was the first to speak with officers once they arrived at the home.
Initially, police thought they were responding to a domestic violence incident, however, both Kim and Kroy confirmed nothing physical had taken place.
According to the report, the verbal dispute stemmed from Kim Zolciak “refusing to leave” the master bathroom when Kroy wanted to take a shower.
Kim on the other hand is telling a very different story. According to the former ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star, Kroy began “shouting at her” and “telling her to leave” while she was on the phone. Kim claimed he “would stand in the doorway” to block her. She also accused her ex of “chest bumping” her.
According to the report, “she was advised to call the police if any of those offenses or any other ones occurred.” It also stated that she was advised to go to a neighbor’s house if another dispute took place.
However, Kim reportedly informed authorities that she did not want to get any outside parties involved in order to avoid media coverage.
Reportedly, officers told Kroy Biermann to separate from Kim Zolciak for the night “so things wouldn’t escalate.” Kroy was also informed that he could be charged with offenses in the future if he ever stopped Kim from calling the police or forced her to stay in the home.
As if that wasn’t enough, police were called again to the Biermann’s residence just two days later for a separate incident. This time around, Kim was the one who contacted the police, claiming that Kroy had locked her designer purse and jewelry –worth $175,000–along with her passport in the home’s basement safe.
The report stated,
“Kim alleged that Kroy had taken the property that did not belong to him and was a premarital asset.”
Kroy told the responding officer the items were “marital property” and accused Kim of having a “gambling problem” and losing “a large sum of the money recently.”
According to the May 4 report,
“Kroy then advised that Kim had punched him in the back of the head during an earlier altercation concerning the disputed property.”
Kroy told the officer he didn’t have any,
“visible injuries or evidence to prove that Kim had caused any injuries to him other than an audio recording of the incident.”
At one point during the incident, Kroy and Kim were advised by officers to act accordingly in front of their children who were present at the time. The report stated,
“Several times during our encounter (the officers) employed Kroy and Kim to remain civil due to the presence of their four juvenile children.”
News broke earlier this month that Kim and Kroy were divorcing after 11 years of marriage. They are currently battling it out in divorce court over custody plus child and spousal support.
