“We listened to Paramore on one of our first dates … and many years later they were kind enough to perform at his 30th. This is SO FREAKING COOL! What a full circle moment. Thank you @paramore and [Hayley Williams] … ‘still into you’ took the night for us. Honestly, one of the coolest nights.”

Reportedly, the groups lead singer Hayley Williams announced to the San Francisco crowd that someone they knew would be coming to the stage. After building the audience’s anticipation a bit, the singer welcomed Golden State Warriors champion Steph Curry to join her for the performance. The 35-year-old hooper made his way on the platform from the sideline and helped the artist sing one of the bands most popular single’s “Misery Business”, which Williams earlier claimed her guest knew “every word” of. Judging by Curry’s readiness for the performance, it seems she told no lies.

According to Curry’s wife Ayesha who was also in attendance, the two go way back as Paramore fans and were having a date night attending the concert. The celebrity spouse shared several images from the iconic moment, with one explaining the couple’s history with the band. As a caption over one photo she wrote:

In another photo of the partners – who just recently celebrated 12 years of marriage – Ayesha added:
“Date night w my love”

Curry also shared some clips of his rock moment to his instagram page along with a few images of he and wifey and a backstage group picture with the band, captioning the posts:
“IYKYK @paramore”

Curry is the latest in a string of celebs the popular rock group has surprised fans with as part of their current tour, which reportedly kicked off back in October. Back in May, rap star Lil Uzi Vert reportedly performed the same song with the band during their stop at Madison Square Garden in New York City. More recently, rapper Rico Nasty posted footage of herself rocking out with Williams and the group on stage, writing:
“Is this even Reallllll !!!!!!! @paramore I love you . I’ve loved you for 13 years . I will continue to love you . Thank you thank you thank you for existing !!!!! Best night ever “
