Kim Zolciak Motions To Have Estranged Husband Kroy Biermann’s Divorce Papers Dismissed, Claims They Working On Their Marriage & Still Have Sex

It looks like reality star Kim Zolciak is once again attempting to call off her divorce.

According to reports, the entertainer recently requested a court judge throw out her husband’s separation docs on the grounds that they are still regularly intimate.

If you recall, former NFL athlete Kroy Biermann, 38, served his wife divorce papers back in August of this year for a second time in their 12 years of marriage. The filing came nearly a month after the two called off their initial request to separate, which Kim Zolciak, 45, reportedly filed in agreement with her partner back in May.

When the most recent filing was submitted, Biermann reportedly cited that the marriage was “irretrievably broken,” which Zolciak has recently claimed is false. According to the Bravo star, there is hope they can work out their differences since they are still having sex on a consistent basis. She reportedly noted in the motion that they were last intimate on the 7th of this month.

Additionally, Zolciak reportedly highlighted the fact they’ve been able to live under the same roof amicably and is adamant that there is a possibility for them to get the relationship back on track. This, of course, contradicts a previous report from last month that claimed Biermann locked his wife outside of their shared home after a verbal dispute, which ended with a visit from police.

The update about the entertainer’s marital status should come as no surprise to anyone who’s been following. Kim and Kroy’s ongoing divorce saga has been riddled with indecisiveness and allegations about each other’s mental stability. During the initial filing back in May, Zolciak reportedly requested primary physical custody and joint legal custody of their 4 young children — twins Kaia Rose and Kane Ren, 9, and sons Kash Kade, 11, and Kroy Jagger, 12. While Biermann asked for sole legal and physical custody.

The athlete claimed his estranged wife has a gambling addiction that makes her unfit to care for the children properly. Reversely, the “Tardy For The Party” singer accused her husband of doing illegal drugs and requested he undergo a drug test amid the divorce.  However, they both called the whole thing off before the split was finalized and any custody decisions were made.

Now, it seems the two are once again heading towards reconciliation. It has not been confirmed, however, whether or not Biermann is in support of calling off the divorce this time around.
