Cardi B & Offset Have Broken Up Several Times Unbeknown To The Public, Sources Say ‘They’re Tumultuous’

Looks like things between music couple Cardi B and Offset have consistently been rocky.

On the heels of the “Money” rapper confirming she split from her husband of over 5 years, sources claim the pair have quietly separated several time throughout their relationship.

Reportedly, an insider close to the couple recently stated:

“They’re tumultuous. They’ve broken up and gotten back together and broken up again way more than the public has seen.”

Adding:

“They’ve had really good times together.”

Comments from the unnamed source come just days after Cardi B, real name Belcalis Almánzar-Cephus, 31, claimed on a live that she and her estranged husband Offset, real name Kiari Kendrell Cephus, 31, have been separated “for a minute now”. In the video, the Bronx native confirmed that she’d been hinting to fans that two had called it quits, but was unsure if her point was coming across. Making the status of her marriage perfectly clear, however, she stated in the video:

“I’ve been single for a minute now…I want to start 2024 like fresh, open…I’m curious for a new life, for a new beginning. And yeah… I’m excited.”

Cardi B announces that she is single, adding that she and Offset haven’t been together for a minute.

As we previously covered, the Grammy award winner began making cryptic posts about outgrowing relationships after ranting about wanting to start the new year without any “deadweight”. Shortly after, social media users noticed that the two were no longer following each other online. Many discussed their reactions online as the situation unfolded, sharing a common belief that the former couple were staging a publicity stunt to release new music.

However, with Cardi subsequently confirming the split, it seems the break-up could be the real deal. Offset and Cardi tied the knot back in 2017 and have welcomed two children together, 5-year-old Kulture and 2-year-old Wave. Throughout their relationship, the pair have been the center of quite a few cheating scandals, with the latest accusations coming from rapper Blueface. In case you missed it, the “Thotiana” artist recently claimed his ex girlfriend Chrisean Rock recently had relations with Offset, which the former Migos member vehemently denied.

While Cardi says she personally doesn’t believe the rumors are true, she also claims she doesn’t care to find out as she’s single. Offset has not yet spoken publicly about his split from Cardi at this time.
