Update: Podcaster Bobbi Althoff Settles Divorce w/ Estranged Husband, Agrees To No Spousal Support & Joint Custody Of Kids

Update: (Feb. 22, 2024): Things are moving fast for Bobbi Althoff.

According to reports, the podcaster was able to reach a divorce settlement with her ex-hubby, published author Cory Althoff. As previously reported, news broke earlier this month that Cory legally filed to end their marriage. He cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the breakup and listed July 4, 2023, as the date of separation.

Reportedly, in her response, Bobbi agreed to joint legal and physical custody of their two children and that neither of them should be awarded spousal support. She also reportedly requested that they each be responsible for their own legal fees. The document reportedly added,

“We have already exchanged preliminary declarations of disclosure, and reached a global martial settlement agreement, including resolution of all property in anticipation of filing the dissolution.”

Podcast host Bobbi Althoff is on her way to being a single woman. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, her husband Cory Althoff filed for divorce, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split. They were married for four years and share two daughters. Despite the breakup news being somewhat shocking, it appears things went south between them a while ago as the published author reportedly listed their official date of separation as July 4, 2023.

The report notes that he also marked the box on the form to block the court’s ability to award spousal support to either party. He is, however, asking for joint physical and legal custody of their children.
